Very cute shoe! I got these in the black patent. I usually wear a 9.5, but these felt a little snug. In fact, the right shoe seemed a full size smaller than the left. A quick call to Zappos fixed it all! They sent out another pair, size 10, the next day! They fit great. Not a lot of arch support, however.

Not only looks great but is the most comfortable ballet flat. It's the fourth pair in this style and brand that I have purchased.

Took this shoe to Paris with me recently because I wanted a shoe for "dress up" that would be both fashionable and comfortable, and this turned out to be it!

These are a bit tight in the toe (not short, cramped top to bottom) but seem likely to stretch a bit. Pretty bare bones inside but comfortable. Zappos service superb, as usual.

While these shoes are totally cute in appearance and very flattering to the feet, they are very poorly constructed. The soles are composed of a layered fabric over the foundation. This fabric began peeling away upon the very first wearing! This may occur with cheaper, discount shoes, but definitely not acceptable quality for the price of the Iylia.

Comfy shoes. I bought these for work and no break-in time! I'm always a 6 1/2 M and they were a tad bit wider. However, nothing a shoe insert did not resolve.

Love these shoes! They were true to size and are super comfy. I love them for work, but can also be worn with more casual clothes. Zappos is fantastic, and I'll never order shoes online from anywhere else!

I love these shoes - very flattering and stylish. They felt true to size for me, but as another reviewer mentioned, they might be snug from top to bottom in the toe area for some people. It doesn't bother me at all, but is something to consider. And Zappos is amazing as always.

I purchased these shoes in the animal print and have worn them about 3 times per week since I got them. They are really comfortable and I'm not always a "flat" shoe wearer - I like a heel. But these have a lot of cushion in them. I range in size between an 8 and 8.5 and the 8 fits perfectly. The style/print is hot right now and these are I nice coloring with golds/black/khaki - it's a busy print but I've found that they really "go" with a lot of outfits.

This is the most beautiful animal print shoe on the market, but sadly, was not true to size. I wear a 5 1/2 and it was a size too large and also quite wide. So sad to return them. Anne Klein can do better.
Brands I'd also recommend: Bruno Magli; any Italian made shoe!

Love these animal print shoes. They are a great pattern that is different then what is out there. The bow is really subdued and blends in (doesn't scream "bow"). I am usually an 8.5 or 9. I got the 8.5 and felt just a bit snug. I got the 9 and there was too much gaping on the sides when I walked. I stuck with the 8.5 and they are breaking in nicely and I do not put up with uncomfortable shoes at all. Scoop these up while you have the chance!

The black lace one is too cute! It isn't tight in the toes but it is snug, but I do sometimes need a wide width shoe. By the end of the day I did need a break from them though. So I'd say if you're always a medium width it should be fine but if you're sometimes a wide it could be touch and go. I'm keeping them and hoping they break in a bit.

Soles are typical for flats, but they're sturdier and steadier than most. Fabric is lovely. Shoes expose toe cleavage. These seem to run a little small and slightly tight near big toe knuckle. I expect it will stretch from wear.

These are very cute shows. The printed portion is much lighter in person whereas the bow is darker and almost looks black. I have gotten more compliments on them than any other shoes that I wear. I would like a pair in a different color.

Cute shape but hated the print. It was like it was painted on. Hard to describe but not like any other leopard print shoe I've seen. Very "fake" looking. But comfortable and cute styling otherwise. I'm returning.

I love these shoes! I had wanted some cute flats to wear to work or with jeans. These are great! They are one of my favorite pairs of shoes because they are just so comfortable. The animal print is fun! Love Zappos and Anne Klein!

These are beautiful! Classic style flat is perfect with jeans or dress pants. As a wedding photographer, I am on my feet 10+ hrs and these are very comfortable. Very pretty lace and worth the price.
