Foam insoles are very comfortable. The shoe is flexible and lightweight. Easy to spot clean with a towel and warm water. My feet tend to swell mid-afternoon, and the shoes conform to my feet and do not hurt.

For a flat, they are exceptionally comfortable. The heel is very sturdy, and the bottom of the shoe has grips, so there's no need for scuffing them up like I've had to for other flats. They are pricey but worth the money. Thank you Zappos for featuring this lovely shoe!:)

These are great shoes. They look cute with a skirt or jeans! My teenage daughters said that they were cute, so that made me feel good. They're good looking, comfy and reasonably priced. What more could you want??

These flats are even cuter in person. But, the vamp cuts a little too high on the top of my foot, right where my metatarsals bend. I also have a very high instep, which probably adds to the discomfort. The rest of the flat was great, including the sole, the heal cup, and the support. But, I'll have to return because of the vamp.

I've had more compliments since I've owned these shoes than I can count. Smart looking and insanely comfortable...like walking in bare feet. Dependable Anne Klein quality. Can wear as casual with jeans or capris or dressed up with slacks or a skirt.

This shoe fits like a glove and feels fantastic. I have other shoes by AK and these fit as well as those do. I got the color light pink, which is a more nude pink than baby pink. Also got the pearl which was a sparkly white gold fabric that was very stiff and didn't fit as well. Those went back.

I just got this shoe today, and already I've worn it all over campus. So comfortable right out of the box, and that's saying something for my oddly shaped, sensitive feet. They shoes are also adorable. My only complaint is the insole -- it's flimsy and not supportive. However, at least it's removable so I can replace it with Dr. Scholls.

Is there any way to remove that nasty gold bow off the top? Other than that, this is the perfect color and shoe I want. I'm afraid it will leave a mark where removed but I don't think I could put up with that gaudy bow.
