For kids, these boots run at least a full size too small. My son measures in at a 2; I ordered the 33s (size 2.5-3) and his toes were at the very end of the boot. They are very nice though so I am returning for a bigger size. The black color is great for an older boy and we both love that it is matte rather than shiny. The boots are flexible and not too heavy...much nicer than the heavy Western Chiefs so popular for younger kids. They are not as narrow as Western Chiefs either. Highly recommend.

Very well made boots. They do run a bit small. Bought these for my daughter in green. The only reason I'm returning them is because the green is too much like a "farm" boot in color and we're looking for the more classic look. I am going to hold on to hope that Zappos restocks the black ones. My daughter is a size 3 and the 35's fit her with room to grow. She thought the 34's were too tight. Much prefer these over the bulkiness of Hunter rain boots. Love how they aren't that tall.

I bought these for myself - I am a woman, 5' tall. I had Hunter Kids boots from 6 years ago but they stopped lining them in neoprene plus I'm sick of seeing them all over Boston. The drop-down sizing is very accurate, I'm a 5.5-6 and the 36 is perfect. Don't think these would work if you are a large 6. Pros: way less clunky & lighter than Hunters which makes them great for work because they look almost like regular boots, great treads. Cons: No arch support (and I have flat feet) - adding an insole is a must, but a thinner one is better because there's not a lot of depth. I use athletic insoles because I walk more than 4 miles a day in them, but I just barely get in there with thick wool socks - thinner socks in the spring would be better. Another con is that the calf is pretty narrow. I have normal toned calves and they're barely wide enough but with cheap pants cause chafing, so I would recommend these for skinnier calves. Also because the rubber is thinner the ankle area can look slouchy as you're walking but not a big deal. Overall, very good for a petite woman and great alternative to Hunters!

We are very happy with the Aigle Kids Woody Pop. My son loves them. The natural rubber is soft and pliable but strong. For the last two seasons we have bought the Kamik Kids Stomp and have been disappointed by the low quality materials. We highly recommend these.
