I didn't buy these at Zappos, but won in a contest. I usually wear a size 11.5-12 wide in athletic shoes, and these only went up to size 11 med, so I wasn't expecting them to fit...but they did! For a "flats" shoe, they are very solid and comfortable; don't feel flimsy at all. With the bits of stretch in the straps and sides, they conform nicely to the foot; also have a bit of arch support instead of being just plain flat. I was pleasantly surprised by these!

I had heel surgery in March 2012, and needed a shoe that would support my ankle, heel, and the swelling for several months. This is the shoe! It is very roomy and comfortable, and I can wear it with jeans or dressier clothing. I highly recommend it.

These were the first pair of shoes I've bought from Zappos. I am very pleased with my purchase which arrived promptly. These shoes were bought because I was looking for comfort and style. I was not disappointed. I've worn them on two tours and ran through an airport to catch a plane. I've been stopped twice by women (one in a NYC subway station) asking where I got these shoes. Love them and hope to buy another pair in a different color. FYI: I have a wide foot.

Great sneaker-flat, more on the sporty end of the spectrum. Insoles have decent arch support (better than any other flats I've seen this year) and it is removable if you want to use your own insole. The grey-beige is not the prettiest color, but it goes with everything, so I am wearing these constantly. They do get a bit warm if you are outside on a hot day, but for my cold and casual office, they are perfect.

Oh my gosh, are these ever comfortable! Although they are a medium width (I usually get wide) they accommodate my bunions nicely! Ordered a 9 M vs. my usual 8.5 W and they fit perfect. Am ordering one in each color!
