These are amazingly comfortable all-around shoes. I can wear them all day without any problems. They\'re terrific for walking (1-5 miles). They have a very soft foot-bed, but still plenty of arch support. The Castlerock/Black combo is gorgeous in person, and has beautiful orange stitching. They\'re very light, and so far very durable (these still look new after 4 weeks of wear). Get them!

Very comfy unusual shoe that fits rather well considering my 4E width. Few shoes can accommodate me in this regard. Ready to use with very little break in time.

I was looking for a casual shoe to wear with jeans instead of a standard tennis shoe. These shoes fit the bill. They are extremely comfortable and the sole really grips. I wear orthotics and they fit in these shoes with no problem. I bought the black pair because when I got the brown they didn't look as good.

I recently discovered Ahnu. I think I got another model at REI. I wore them hard and wanted another pair. These are especially good for air line travel - I am in the air on long flights between continents often. Ahnu Belgrove are comfortable, great fit, light, easy to remove (for comfort on airline and security checks). My other pair did not tie up and I like them better for ease of removal.

It is a very good shoe. Everything I expected. It ran a little on the small side. I wear 10.5 - 11 in shoes. Had to return the 10.5 for 11. Very comfortable and looks good at the same time.

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend for Christmas. He works as a stage technician and is on his feet all day. He needed a black, comfortable shoe with excellent support. The Ahnu Belgrove met every expectation! He said they’re the most comfortable pair of shoes he owns. Usually, at the end of a long day, his back bothers him - but with the excellent support of the Ahnus, he feels fine. Get them!

I really love this shoe. It fill well in my known size for online ordering and did not take long to break in at all. I get a lot of compliments on them and I enjoy them a lot. The sole appears thin but it is actually very comfortable for longer periods of time. I work on Concrete so my feet can take a beating. My only complaint was that I saw these shoes twenty bucks cheaper at a store in Hawaii on vacation, but no one had them for that price online. Live and learn

My 30 year old son is very fussy about how his shoes fit and this is his 4th pair of Belgroves. He is getting his PHD at Berkeley and walks to and from class everyday and his feet don't hurt at all wearing these shoes. The idea that they are GORE-TEX helps in the wet weather. The sad thing is these shoes are an older model and hard to find, so please keep them around. They can be worn with jeans, casual dress, and even shorts. Great shoe!!

I now have three pairs of Ahnu casual shoes. They have become my go to shoes for weekend wear. They are lightweight and comfortable. I like the way the look with jeans and/or cargo pants on the weekend. My next purchase form Ahnu will be a pair of their athletic shoes.

When I first put these shoes on I thought they were too narrow. But after wearing them for a bit they seemed to conform to my feet. I like them very much now. This is my first experience with Ahnu, I usually like Merrell shoes.

I like these shoes. I usually don't spend a C note on a pair of sneakers, but these were worth it, I suppose. I wanted to get something outdoors style and tougher than regular running shows, and that's what I think I got. Very comfortable. They don't feel cheap. Well built. I love how the front is protected. Good for mildly wet weather. I kind of wish I got the brown ones instead. The black ones don't seem as cool looking as I had hoped, especially with jeans.

When I initially ordered this shoe, Zappos was out & I opted for the waiting list (thinking it would never happen!). In 1 1/2 weeks I received an E-mail that it was back in stock in my size (7 mens) & I ordered them. They are extremely comfortable out of the box. They are snug by design & I like this, but some might consider it off putting. A good & good looking sport shoe!

These are great. I'm going to order another pair in a different color because they fit so well. As others said correctly, order a half size up from your regular size as they are a narrow fit which hugs the foot perfectly. Only problem is they're made in China, but isn't everything nowadays.
