After trying many pairs of shoes, this is the one we're taking on our 65 mile walk around Scotland. I've been walking 10-15 mile walks around town to warm up and these are the shoes. The padded insole and the arch support are the best things about this shoe. That and the wide widths.

These shoes are comfortable, stylish, sturdy and are just what I wanted. They were not true to length (I ordered one size larger) and width (I ordered EE) Would buy again, definitely!

Maybe the most comfortable shoe I have ever had and I\'ve had many in the last 57 years. I have Plantar Fasciitis and wear orthotics and these shoes accommodate them nicely. They have a nice roomy toe box and extra padding in the heel. I have recently purchase a pair of Brooks Beast that I was totally satisfied with but I have to say these feel noticeably better. Great Shoe!

Great shoe - Dale first began wearing your shoes when his doctor at the VA ordered them for him. He has rheumatoid arthritis and these shoes have been great for him as they are wide in the heel and he doesn't turn an ankle. Thank you for such a great product. Also, your shipping is wonderful - they were here in record time!!

Wonderful Walker - If you have hard to fit feet and wear custom orthotics, this is the walking shoe for you. Excellent comfort and very accommodating to orthotics - I only had to remove the top insole. Awesome.

Helpful shoe - I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur. This shoe gives me enough support along with room in the toes. The specialized insert did not solve my shoe problem with the fasciitis. Nevertheless, it is an excellent walking shoe. Zappos had only white and I'll buy another black pair from them. I am still astounded at the service from Zappos ...they must teleport the shoes somehow!!! Thanks to the comfort department especially for patient and helpful consultation.

Aetrex Walker - Excellent shoe! Run a little narrow. Had to get a size wider. Can’t say enough about the service from Zappos. Called in to tell them the first pair was too narrow, they sent the next size wider, and I received them in less than 24 Hrs!

Not to be bought online - I buy a lot of shoes and sneakers on Zappos, but for this shoe I say, "Sorry Zappos, but buy it in a store." I bought this shoe online, but the "Mozaicâ„¢ Customization" really needs to be done professionally in a store because they use a tool to see where the pressure points are. This is what it says in the box. Doing it on your own correctly is nearly impossible.

Got this shoe to help aid with plantar fasciitis but when they arrived I found they were too narrow. I ordered wide and wide came. I suspect it was the leather top that is the culprit. I immediately felt too much pressure on my bunion. I replaced these with the Brooks Beast with a mesh top and all is well. Zappos makes it so easy to be satisfied. They even sent the shoes next day USPS at no extra charge.

Not true to size and no support - This shoe had very little arch support and was narrow in size for a EE width. Quality of the shoe seemed ok although it looked like it was plastic or fake in appearance.

These shoes are horrible. The cushioning insole that come with them are so thick they threw my balance off. They are not great if you turn your feet out, the outside of the sole has broken down just after a month of wearing them, If you are looking for a stability type shoe, I would stick with new balance with a stability web in them. These have very little shock absorption and the sole isn’t great.
