In the picture and in the hand, these appear to be the perfect shoes--comfortable, supportive and stylish all at once, but on the foot they look shockingly dumpy, frumpy and dull. Although they are remarkably comfortable and supportive, I\'ll be returning them because I won\'t be eighty for another 30 years!

This is a cute flipflop and definitely delivers on the promise of a comfortable, supportive sole, but it really didn't matter how many adjustments I made to the straps. They were never comfortable and rubbed big, painful blisters into the top of my feet! For the price, you'd think they'd be able to put a soft lining on the inside of the strap to be able to make them super comfortable. I sent them back with a suggestion that they rename this style, "Stigmata".

This is a fabulous shoe, particularly if you want a great arch support; it stabilizes and fits like a fine leather glove.

I am supposed to wear orthotics in all my shoes. During the summer my feet get hot so I have a pair of Orthaheel flip flops that I wear. They are ugly, very manly. I wanted something a little nicer for when I go out. These Aetrex work great. I wore them every day for five days to make sure there were no problems before I gave this evaluation. The arch support is very good but not as great as my Orthaheel flips. It was enough to keep my feet from hurting and they are much prettier. After 5 days of wearing them the outside of my foot started to hurt. I noticed that the arch extends all the way across the shoe to the out side (slightly). I did not notice this or feel it until the fifth day, so no big deal. I just want them for going out.

I disagree with most of the other reviews. I think they are extremely comfortable. They are a great value considering that I usually buy Mephistos which are double the price. As for appearance, I think they are very youthful looking (even my 15 year old admired them). As far as the reviewer who wants to call them stigmata, she must have a very high instep since the top of the sandals do not even touch the top of my foot.

Adorable shoes! Will require a break in period as the circle is a little stiff though not worthy of the stigmata comment below! Footbed is amazingly comfortable and worth the effort to break in the upper! Thanks for getting them to me lightening quick Zappos!

Good shoes, but, too narrow, my big toe came off the shoe. Also, not designed well enough to hold feet in very well. Other than that, a good shoe, but I returned it because of the above.

I wanted to give this shoe 5 stars but I can't because the piece of leather between the toes was uncomfortable to me personally. Also, the geometric piece did not sit perfectly on top of my foot. I also think that I should have ordered a half size smaller, maybe they run a little long.

Seemed like a great shoe but I just didn't like the blue color, I would have preferred more of a Navy. This blue ended up looking a lot lighter in person than on my monitor. I loved the velcro on the side straps so you can adjust the tightness across your foot. I may try another color as these seemed like they would last a long time and treat your feet well.

I am a Hairdresser and work 12 to 16 hour days. I have worn out My Labellas and was very excited that I found this site and was able to get another pair! Tried for 2 but could only get 1! This shoe is the best I have ever found for a painless day of work! Great support! Recommend highly! Had no problem from day one!

The footbed on this shoe is fabulous; however, the ring on the top of the foot rubs. I am returning this shoe but would love it if it had just the thong straps with no ring!

I bought this shoe from my podiatrist's office. It was immensely painful the very first time I tried it on, but they wouldn't accept the return. Skip this...that ring will kill you!
