The shoes are roomy in the toe area with stretchy material and so comfortable with soft supportive soles. It is a very nice looking shoe. Zappos makes it so easy if you do have to return the merchandise. I will be ordering from Zappos again. Thanks.

What a comfortable shoe! I have an Aetrex sandal that has the perfect support and good looks, so I looked for an Aetrex for colder weather. This one is just as comfortable as the sandal with a support system in it very similar to an orthotic. But, the bonus is its attractiveness and versatility. It works well with jeans and dressier outfits. I can wear it all day and even go for a thirty minute brisk walk in them. That is very unusual for most shoes. I have some neuropathy in my feet, and some shoes will make them feel more numb. These do not do that. So, I would highly recommend them and will look for more pairs myself. I wear a true European size 43 or slightly larger than an 11 which is difficult to find, and this one is a 43.
Brands I'd also recommend: Cole-Haan, Privo, Naot, Stuart Weitzman

I have wide, fairly flat feet, and this style of shoe was unattractive on me. They do take orthotics, but didn't work that well with mine. Ultimately, looked a lot better in the picture/video than on my feet!

The insole was customizable which increased comfort but the strap was placed too high on the foot and influenced my gait too much. These are a good alternative pair of shoes for limited use.

These shoes run true to size and are very comfortable. I like to wear them without socks and they look good with pants or a skirt. I would like just a little more arch support.

I wear custom orthotics and sometimes have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. I thought these would be great. At first they seemed very comfortable wearing them around the house. I took out their insole and put in my own orthotic and an additional Dr. Scholl's pad because the shoe was a little deep. I wore the shoes for a few hours, a few days in a row. Seemed OK. But by the third day, my big toe on both feet was killing me! So much, that I had to see my podiatrist. He thought I might have a stress fracture, but thankfully not. These shoes caused some sort of problem with the top bone in my big toe. The left was much worse than the right. I had to have my feet taped and stay totally off my feet for a week. After that I had to limit my walking for several weeks. Now it is six weeks later and although it is a much better, it still hurts if I am not careful. My podiatrist said that the way the shoe is made on the bottom (pebbly outer sole) was partly to blame. The pebbles hit me in the wrong place and contributed to the pain. He also said these shoes were too flexible for me. These stupid shoes have caused me weeks or pain and aggravation. I wish to God that I had never worn them. I never had any pain in my big toes before wearing these stupid shoes. Fortunately I was able to return them to Zappos for a full refund. I want to add that I have never suffered such a problem from any pair of shoes that I have ever worn before.

Comfortable, but not a good fit for me. True to size. I wear a 6 or 6.5 this would be a good 6.5. Nice looking shoe.

I really like this shoe. I find it comfortable and it can be modified for particular foot problems. I have plantar fascia and modified that foot. It did run 1/2 size large. I ordered it in a different color and that.

I bought these for the roomy toe box and stretch fabric which is great for my bunions. However, they were too small. My toes hit the front of the shoe. Everywhere else they fit. I returned them due to my toes hitting the front.
