When I first tried these shoes on, I wasn't sure about them. The arch seemed to sit a little further back than the arch on my foot, they were a little tight to pull on, and when I looked down at the shoes, they seemed to make my feet look wider than they are? (That may have just been a result of the pajama pants I was wearing at the time.) Anyway, now these are my favorite boots. Looking back I may have been a little overly critical of them due to the price. I rarely spend this much on a pair of shoes, but I really needed a brown, low-heel boot to wear to work in the winter time and this was Zappos' best option. All the others like it had overly chunky stitching or were too expensive. I'm glad I stuck with these boots. They are comfortable, they look beautiful with my brown work pants and I love the low ankle.

These shoes just arrived at my work, and I cannot bear to take them off to put on my uncushioned ones. With complete honesty, I love these shoes, and am tempted to order a second pair. I wear a size 7, and they were true to size. I'm surprised by reviewer who said they were not cushioned enough -- they are very cushioned to me. Nice arch support and provides a soft walk (makes for a nice day). Enough room for my bunions while still having a slim profile. They are awesome, and I will be looking for this brand in the future.

I ordered these boots in 10M since they did not offer the 10.5. Sometimes 10M fits me, but usually I need 10.5M. or 11N. These boots are cut but not as cushiony as I like. They are not as sturdy either. They are a little too short so I am sending them back.

I could not get this shoe on. I don't own a shoe horn, so it was either my high arch, or the shoe is just hard to get on, either way, feels like it would be a hassle when I'd want to wear them. A well placed zipper would help. The style is cute, but I don't know if it is comfortable or not. The search continues for a low boot that is comfortable.
