The durability of these is questionable. Your money may go further if you spend it elsewhere. I bought a pair recently, and use them for skateboarding, and everyday wear. After only a handful of skate sessions, the soles of mine are wearing through noticeably. I also have already destroyed one of the lace protectors. Should you be considering purchasing these versus another model, as a feature, the lace guard construction seen on these shoes should not be considered an alternative to a traditional, hidden lace loop. I chose not to run my laces through them, but only underneath, hoping it would offer them some wear protection from my skateboard's griptape, but the lace guard for one shoe has mostly ripped off. The shoe's tongue appears to be well padded in the photos, but I would say it is on the lighter side of the 'medium padding,' offered in the online product description. Despite that, I think that the fit of the shoe is a bit small for its size. It is not a half or full size smaller, but just barely true to size. Should Adio continue to manufacture it, this is not a shoe model I would consider buying again.

Very well made shoe compared to others I've seen. Fit is very good, but does take the usual week or so to "break-in" and conform to your foot. Also comes with an extra pair of white laces. I've always worn DC's, but since I don't like any of their new styles, this was a nice alternative.

Had been looking for these shoes everywhere for a while, and am glad I was able to find them here. They're a great shoe for skating and just to wear out and about.

While I don't usually wear skate shoes, I wanted something warm (and red!). These are quite comfortable and warm, except that they do tend to slip on my heels a bit. Maybe it's because they just don't quite fit me perfectly. The only other problem I have with them is how easy they are to get dirty, even though I sprayed them with water/stain repellent stuff. Such is the nature of leather shoes, I suppose.

I've spent a lot of money with Zappos and I will continue to do so because of the great customer service they provide. Fast shipping, fair prices, and hard to find shoes? Zappos has it! I will continue to be a loyal customer to Zappos! Customer service is very important and though it's an internet based customer service, I'm 100% satisfied every time. If I could put 10 stars I would, but I guess 5 is a 10. Thanks.

The Black/White version of the Kenny V. 1 is the best vegan skate shoe on the market. Most skate companies have discontinued their shoes made from synthetic leather in favor of cheaper and lower quality materials like canvas; this Adio shoe is one of the last all synthetic leather shoes on the market. These shoes are durable. My last pair were two years old, and I wore those almost everyday.

Rubber side of the sole of the shoes coming loose. Disappointed. Son likes the style and we put insert in for more comfort. He likes the looks of the shoe, though.

Great shoes, but... They're great shoes, for the first 3 months. I'm currently wearing these shoes and the comfort is great and so is the look, but after the first 3 months they start to wear out from the heel. The plastic little logo at the tip starts ripping and the checkered part of the shoe definitely disappears before those three months and the part right next to the big logo starts falling apart, which looks really nasty. And the black stripe on the white gum of the shoe (like every shoe I've encountered) starts becoming white. Overall, I like it for the first months, but I'm still wearing them because of their comfort.

Great Shoe. I have a big foot, size 14, so it's hard to find cool shoes my size. Zappos has been my source for fast delivery and good service.

These are the best shoes I've seen in a long time. Colorway is awesome. The interesting thing was the discovery of what the link symbol means on the back of the heel cup. The link marking is from a major luxury jewelry house that makes really expensive jewels for celebrities and music stars, Hoorsenbuhs. Chris Roberts must know someone there. The shoes are rad.

Honestly I love these shoes, they’re very comfortable on my feet. They also last a long time, this is actually my second pair. One thing, they look a little wide at the toe when skating, threw me off at first, but you get used to it. GREAT TO SKATE IN.

They are the 4th pair of Adios I have bought and they are great. They are super comfortable to skate in or just walking around. They are not too flashy or filled with silly prints all over them. If you’re looking for a nice pair of shoes to wear while surfing the internet in your office or shredding the handrail of your school, these shoes are for you.

I wear a 14 so to find anything in that shoe size is kind of hard, but I found these and really like them. That being said, the only problem that I have had with them is that they run a bit narrow, so if you have a wider foot like I do, you will have to wear them very loose. Other than that, great shoes, very comfortable. I work at a job that has me on my feet for 8 hours a day, so these do help.

Awesome shoes. These shoes are incredibly comfortable, are breaking in super fast, and are even better looking in person! Only potential downside: the flannel plaid sides might rip if you actually skate in them.

Great shoe! I got the Black/Red/White model and they fit really well. I would guess that most of the peeps that say that this shoe runs large are not active skaters. Skate shoes should have a larger toe box that narrows to help prevent toe stubbing on bails. I wear an 11.5 in dress shoes and a 12 in skate shoes. This shoe fits just like all my other size 12 skate shoes (multiple brands). I marked this as basically no arch support because I, like most skaters, have flattened arches, arches kind of hurt my feet and this shoe doesn't hurt, hence no arches.

I just bought the Adio Crane, and it\'s a very cool shoe. The overall rating for it should be 5 stars. The comfort gets a 4 star rating though. This is beacause the sole and bottom of the shoe is rock hard and you have to wear it in. The style is without a doubt 5 stars.

These are very good skateboarding sneakers, the style is cool and look good with a white shirt and blue jeans. One thing is their cut short so order 1/2 bigger. Overall these are good. Zappos is the best!

I have purchased 5 pairs of Adio shoes in the last year, and I am a little disappointed with these. These are stylish shoes, but the sole feels thinner and less supportive than with other models. It almost feels like I'm walking around on old Chuck Taylors. The shoes appear to have similar soles, but the insert and/or cushioning in the shoe is not the same. I think Adio Hamilton and Adio Snap's have the best support in the soles.

Adio Kenny Standard - Never really been a big fan of Adio. These were my very first skate shoes when I started skating a year or two ago. Back then I didn’t know anything about the sport. So when I saw how the shoe seemed to wear down like normal I freaked out and returned them thinking they were a poor shoe. Now recently I purchased a pair of these kicks at a local shop and they are great! I really had no idea what I was talking about when I first got these! They’re super grippy and have good board feel. Not good for your heels though. They look good. Thinking about getting the Kenny Standard Mid when I’m done with these!

I purchased the all black version of this shoe. I thought it was great, very simple, stylish, and low top. The top fit kinda tight and cut into me the first few days but that wore off. The size is accurate; it’s not bigger or smaller. But I have had this shoe 2 weeks, I've been on tour, which means I sit in a car for hours, I don't get to walk around much, yet somehow the whole backside of the sole on the right shoe came unglued and now seeps water in...These shoes are not worth the price, how’s it about to be a skate shoe that FALLS APART without even a moderate amount of activity in it? They also squeak. Don't buy these. I thought a canvas shoe was a silly idea and I was going to try something else. I figured it’s a skate shoe so it’s durable, it’s now. It seems like some planned obsolescence to me. I had a pair of Wallister Vegan Macbeth's, lasted me 3 years. That’s a canvas shoe, same price basically, so buy that.

Awesome shoe!!! Classic look, great board feel, and so far pretty durable. They fit great, but nothing in the way of arch support. Zappos delivered quickly and these shoes are exactly what I wanted.

Super Durable!!!For any skaters that are tired of your shoes getting shredded up so fast that you have to get new ones month after month, these are the ones to get. I’m on my third pair of these because I love the durability. I skate a good hour or so every day and they still lasted me half a year! The hard rubber toe really helps. I highly suggest these shoes!

Nice Shoes - This is my second pair of shoes from Adio's. The first being very similar to this model. I'm on my feet all day and night. Skater shoes are the best for this situation. Size is almost a direct fit. Good Traction and you can stop on a dime. I highly recommend these babies.
