After trying different compression style shorts (and returning them all) I settled on this short and couldn't be happier. They have just the right amount of support - not too tight - a hidden zippered pocket, and they're great looking - not too long or too short. I'm 5' 7" and 126 lbs and ordered a size medium. These shorts epitomize the well-thought design and style one would expect from Adidas.

I first bought the capri version of this, and liked it, so got these shorts. Other than the length obviously, they are styled the same. They are sized like most Adidas products - usually, I wear an XS, but had to get a S, but wears more like a M. Similarly, they are styled like others too, with the mesh insert located in odd areas, which shows my thong. I like the longer length inseam too.

Great running short. The only reason it gets 4+ stars is that the inner pocket is somewhat on the side and not super intuitive to find. Anything more than one packet of the gel stuff can get a bit uncomfortable on the body.

I like these shorts. I like my Nike Dri-fit pair better--they feel a bit lighter on. But the Adidas are well-made (have held up well after more than a dozen washings),dry quickly and are nicely comfortable. Don't use fabric softener and line dry them. Also, they arrived quickly with Zappos.com excellent customer service.
