adidas Running MicroBounce+ FH '08 W SKU #7415063(View on Zappos.com Classic)

This shoe is very spacious, although I have an average size foot, but high archs. It doesn\'t tighten too much on the top, but its light, airy & very comfortable. I took out the insole and put in one that was more cushioning and supportive.

Needed a pair of sneakers to replace my 10 year old Adidas as they’d begun falling apart. Now these old Adidas (can’t remember what model/name they are) felt like marshmallows on my feet and I wouldn’t replace them with anything any less comfy. I also wanted something with a cushy heel and lots of support. Thought the Nike Shox would do the trick. Tried them on in a store and they felt like bricks, even on a carpeted surface! Tried the Adidas Microbounce FH Incite on and the Megabounce +09. Both of these felt wonderful. They also seemed to run large as the 9, which is what I usually wear, was too roomy. The 8 and 1/2 felt perfect. I wanted the Microbounce + FH 08s in silver/white/orange and couldn’t find them in any of the stores I’d gone to. Ordered them from the Adidas store in an 8 and 1/2. My right toe was touching the tip. Ordered ‘em in a 9 and they’re great. Don’t know why Adidas aren’t more consistent with their sizing. The cushion and bounce in the heel when I walk is Amazing! There’s definitely a lotta bouncin’ goin’ on! In addition to the Microbounce balls in the heel, Adidas also seem to have been inspired by Avia’s wonderful cantilever heel. Standing still for a period of time, for some reason, makes the soles of my feet feel a little uncomfortable, but as soon as I start movin’ again, heaven.

These are by far the best running shoes I have ever owned, and I have had a few – Saucony, Nike Shox, Mizuno etc. You can feel the “bounce” which certainly helps with impact. I was actually looking for a shoe for high impact aerobics when I came upon this one, never purchased Adidas before and figured the principal of bounce should work for aerobics as well. I was certainly right, no more shin pain when running or doing aerobics, and as for all my other trial pairs that did not work, I use them while lifting weights where cushioning does not count as much.

No Bounce - Yuk. The shoe is at least a half size too small and they are just an all around hard shoe - no bounce and tying them there is no give - stiff. They are a beautiful looking shoe however. I have adidas Microbounce in the apollo green and LOVE them. I cannot figure out how two similar shoes could be so different.

Not quite what I thought it would be - Serious runners should probably look at shoes other than the MicroBounce. It's a good looking shoe, however, and if you're looking for something to wear for fashion instead of function, you might consider this one. I echo the reviewer who said that those with low or flat arches will find this shoe somewhat uncomfortable. The open cells on the soles make the shoe very lightweight, but it has a tendency to catch dirt or sand and throw it up in the air. I'll be going back to Saucony when I'm done with this shoe.

Running shoe - I am currently enjoying these shoes. They fit well and are comfortable. I did get a size up as recommended. I was looking for comfort and stability and this shoe has it and is great for my workouts. I will probably order another shoe that is good for over-pronators. I was not aware of this problem and found that I have this issue after reading the descriptions given about the shoes. The information and detail given by Zappos about each of the shoes is very helpful and the customer reviews also help determine my purchase.. Wear them all the time... I love these shoes; I originally purchased them for working out on the treadmill; however, I cannot seem to take them off... I think I am going to get another pair of them. I bought the black and pink. I love them. Comfortable for the treadmill and every day wear. Thank you ZAPPOS... as usual EXCEPTIONAL service. You guys and gals are the best!!!

Absolutely amazing - I LOVE THESE SHOES!! They are possibly the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I don’t even need to break them in, it’s like walking on clouds. I highly recommend these shoes, they are amazing. I got the black and pink ones, and have already gotten tons of compliments.

Love them! I do a lot of weight training and moderate cardio in the gym, and the shoe is perfect. I got the yellow and white shoe, and I got so many compliments on the uniqueness of the color and style!
