I bought these shoes a month ago for a trip to Europe. I spent on average 15 hours per day wearing these shoes. I suggest ordering one size larger than your normal shoes size. I normally wear a US 11½ or 12 / European 45. You will not find this particular model of Adidas in stores, but suggest trying on a half size and full size larger of another similar Adidas trail running shoe at any outdoor store. I bought a 12½ (47) and hit the nail on the head the first order and was very satisfied with the fit. Not to mention that you will not find odd sizes like 12½ in stores, only online. So far, I have experienced no discomfort, soreness or strange rubbing on my foot. My legs were a little sore, but I attribute that to spending 15 hours per day on my feet but I think these shoes helped me maintain endurance and avoid back pain, plus I did not spend a lot of time breaking them in before going on my trip. Normally I get a nagging pain in my shoulder if carrying a heavy backpack, but by day four of my trip, that pain had completely gone away, so perhaps these shoes adjusted my posture slightly enough to alleviate that pain altogether. I was a little apprehensive at first ordering these shoes because I felt the blue tread spikes looked too aggressive for wearing on the street and thought maybe they resembled baseball cleats. I never intended to use them for trail running but rather for walking on concrete and European brick sidewalks. The spikes are noticeable only on the front outside edges, but proved to be a pleasant bonus adding more cushion between the insole and the concrete / brick. I have fairly high arches, and felt these shoes provided better than average metatarsal support. I would not say they were best in class, but for the price they were excellent. It rained for several days in Germany. Because I was part of a larger group that had a set itinerary, we actually spent a lot of time in the rain. On one day in particular most of us got soaked from the waist down. Since the Adidas were my primary walking shoe on this trip, I was concerned about being able to dry them off in time for the next morning's activities. To my surprise, with the help of a public hand dryer, my shoes and socks were completely dry by the time I made it back to my room later that night. I thought the mesh upper would allow my foot to get soaked, but what little water made it in the shoe must have ventilated completely out of the shoe while I wore it and they did not have a bad smell either. Finally, as far as fashion goes, I do no consider myself a trend-setter but I did not feel like these shoes made me look too dorky or outdoorsy. The gray and blue matched OK with most but not all pants and shorts. I found that I could wear any pant or shorts color with these as long as I wore a gray shirt to compliment the shoe colors. I could also wear any shirt with these if I had regular denim blue jeans or dark gray jeans, however black pants did not seem to match very well. In my shopping for the right urban walking shoe, the most fashionable shoes had the biggest cushion and arch support issues.

I have never used this show. I just thought I would help anyone trying to get a good fit and maybe save them some time. I have a very "normal" foot and could not get a perfect fit from this shoe, because the big toe pinched even at a full size large. It is apparently made for someone with a shorter big toe (mine is about 1/4-1/2 inch longer than my second toe).

The shoe is comfortable but definately runs small! Since they didnt have a size 15 available i decided to keep them and deal with the slight tightness in the toes.

My tween loves these shoes! He had been wearing casual tennis shoes for gym, etc. and I had to talk him into a running shoe for support. He even said he thinks the shoes help him run faster. He ditched the casual shoes and wears these 24/7. We bought a 1/2 size larger since he is rapidly growing. The shoes fit great. He has a slightly wide foot and it works for him.

A comfortable running shoe. I'm a low-mileage runner; just enough to burn up some calories and stress relief. They have half sizes which is good, as Adidas are normally a half to a full size smaller.

Excellent shoes! Adidas did a great job on redesigning them. More air flow and sturdier. They look more like a cross trainer and less like a hiking/trail shoe which is great for causal wear. The TRAXION grip gets better as the sole wears down but it’s not as good as the soles with Continental tire rubber on the TERREX X FMs and SUPERNOVA RIOTs. You need to get a full size up because they make them small. I wear 14, but I got 15 and they fit very well. Zappos customer service is amazing! They overnighted me a larger pair when I told them the others were too small. These are the best trail shoes for the price.

This is my second pair of Kanadia running shoes (first pair was the original version) and I am just as happy with these as I was with the original. Decent arch support which can be improved with a custom insole. Good ventilation helps keep feet cool. The toe area is a little narrow/small so I suggest getting a half or full size larger depending on how much room you prefer your toes to have.

Great service from Zappos. I ordered a size 10 since some reviews said these run small and a couple said that they run large. Well, they were a little snug. I got online and chatted with a Zappos rep and she procesed my return and placed the new order. This was around 7:00PM. My new shoes arrived the next day. To top it off, I just received a card in the mail from the rep as a follow up. Great service like this will make me a return customer for sure. Oh yeah, the shoes - they are great too. Super comfortable. The mesh lets in the cold air, but you don't even feel like you are wearing shoes.

Love the shoe and love the service. Zappos is incredible. Ordered the shoes at 9:00 Friday morning and they were at my door by 10:30 Christmas Eve. I couldn't be happier with the shoe. Very comfortable -- might be a touch smaller than a normal size 12 runs, but not enough to return them for a size 12.5. Extremely happy!

Bought this pair and returned them 2 days later. Toes were hurting pretty bad after 4 hours of walking (not running). Otherwise look cool.
