9 times out of 10 I wear a 9 1/2 in Adidas shoes including previous Adidas trail running shoes. I originally ordered a 9 1/2 and had to send them back for a 10 because they were just barely too small. They are super light weight and fit like a glove. Would definitely recommend.

I had the XT in black and green. When it became time to renew, I tried 3 trail shoes and stuck with the Adidas. The main improvement is the gusseted tongue. The XT did let debris in, but it is not a problem with the XT 3. Everyone has their own taste. The XT line will work for you if you like little heel-to-toe drop, but need protection from rocks. I find that less of a heel makes me more nimble going downhill on rocky terrain. The smaller heal on these shoes keeps me from catching the heel and slapping down on my forefoot. Orange and blue too (go Gators!). I ran the Tejas Trails Nueces 50-miler in these.
