Great distance training shoe for the efficient runner who is a mid to fore foot striker. This is not a shoe for heel strikers! The shoe seems to throw off the bio-mechanics of the knees and ankles of every heel striker I have tried it on. (As a physical therapist and coach I do a lot of running gait analysis.) The feel of the shoe is firm and stable, yet leaves you light on your feet. Toe box is low to mid in height. Lacing system and design of the toe box makes the shoe quite adaptable for a variety of forefoot widths.

These shoes are narrow which I liked. The cushion/support of the shoe was very firm and I need more cushion in my shoe.
