I purchased these shorts and received them yesterday. I was very excited when they arrived and I tried them on to find that they were very flattering and fit perfectly. I am typically a size 2 and the Small fit just right. The low-rise wide waistband was very comfortable and not too tight (no one likes the muffin top look in running shorts). So I took them out for a run last night and was VERY disappointed. The 3 inch inseam is wicked rough on the skin; body glide does no good. Worst chafing I've had in a long time, and it was only a 5 mile run. They are too short for cycling. Maybe okay for working out at the gym, but for $50, a huge disappointment. I usually buy my workout attire from Athleta or Title Nine, who both have return policies that allow return after wearing the items if they don't meet your expectations. These Adidas shorts are terrible for real running. Stay away if that's what you want. Adding insult to injury, when I logged in to write this review today I see that they are now on sale for less. Sheesh. I don't really blame Zappos. I like buying things at Zappos. But lesson learned here. No more workout clothes purchased from Zappos.
