adidas Outdoor Reviews
It was time for some new hiking boots as my previous Vasque had enough miles on them. Because I would get occasional blisters with the old ones I wanted to try a new brand. These Adidas are very lightweight yet provide great ankle support. I've put about 25 mountain miles on these so far and am blister free. I'm liking these a lot and they look good as well.

My new favorite Adidas jacket. Love the green. Lightweight, comfortable and true to fit. I agree with the other reviewer. I wish they made more colors. recommend!
I bought these for my boyfriend in brown last year and he loves them so I looked for them for myself as I need a new pair of water shoes to replace my rubber Natives (they shrunk plus they allow lots of pebbles and debris in). The color of these shoes is way off from the photos. Think Fluorescent lime green, not the minty/turquoise color I see on my monitor. I'm an 8.5 in shoes (although I usually prefer an 8 in sandals so I don't end up with a lot of extra length at the toe), these are unisex and I won't be wearing socks with them so I ordered a women's 8/men's 7, the length is perfect and the footbed is supportive, firm and stable. I have a narrow heel and normal width foot - these fit great through the heel but have extra width for the ball of my foot and toes to wiggle around in. They feel like they'll be great for wading over river rock and stand up paddling. I am going to keep them although the color is obnoxious because they are so comfortable (and keep alive the matching water shoe streak my boyfriend and I have going - ha! just kidding). There is a bit of texture I feel on my soles from the mesh fabric and will update this review if I notice any problems with extended wear.
These are super cute, although the color is much brighter than the pictures. I ordered an 8 (I'm usually an 8.5 but won't be wearing socks so I took the advice from other reviews). The footbed is quite narrow and where the upper is attached to the sole, you can feel the seam/ridge all around the bottom of your foot. I imagine blisters could develop on bare feet pretty quickly. Also, there wasn't a lot of support or stability and I wanted these for water activities (wading through river rocks, stand up paddling, hiking etc.). I was afraid of my ankle rolling, which I cannot afford after all the times I've sprained mine. Also the laces were excessively long and seem like the kind that will come untied often. It was a tough decision between these and the Adidas Climacool Boat Lace Unisex style but I'm going with the others as they offer more support and stability although they aren't as cute.
I have a problem with shoes that have a plastic cup for the heel. This is one of those shoes. It this bothers you also then this is NOT the shoe for you.
I have ordered 2 pair of these shoes, 1st pair lasted about a year of heavy wear before the heel cup wore through. They are extremely comfortable and great everyday style.
This Climacool shoe is perfect. Lightweight, comfortable, very true to size and enough support to stay in them all day. Dry extremely fast and drain well. Can wear with a wet suit as well as a pair of jeans. They look great for sport and casual. Very sturdy for their feather weight. Adidas hit the mark with this shoe. Zappos shipping and customer service is unsurpassed as you'd expect. My only shoe store, thanks again Zappos.

Cute boat shoes! Really, really liked them! Unfortunately, my toes bumped up slightly in the front. Because I had already ordered the largest size available, I can't return them for a bigger size. Will have to return my order. Bummed out! These were super cute and the style made my feet look small.
I've always been a fan of Adidas shoes. I like to have a little room near my toe area and Adidas always provides that for me. These shoes do have that extra room near the toes so that, again, is a plus. The colors are great. It is more of a deep Bahama ocean blue... teal but with a darkness to it. There is grey around the Adidas stripes. The logo is lime green as are the strips of color near the heal and toe-side. My disappointment lies within the padding of the shoe in the insole. I thought it was a bit under-cushioned. I also felt that one shoe had a higher arch in it than the other as it almost felt as if there was a lump in there. I don't believe in wearing shoes in. They either feel good or they don't. These have the look but not so much the comfort that I would like. Maybe I just got a dud?
Great fabric, very comfortable, hangs well and looks good. I wear a 33-34 and the 34 is too small. I ordered a 36 and it is not 2 in. larger in the waist, but fits nevertheless.
Very comfortable shoes, snug fit, the foot feels well supported. Shoes are quite lite compared to other hiking boots. On a side note, the fit differ from the Ax1 Mid Leather model. The Mid Leather feels much wider at the ball of the foot, I prefer the snug feel of the Goretex model.
I purchased the AX1 for their style and reviews for comfort. Unfortunately, although the style was nice, they were the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE shoes I have ever worn. The padding was hard and the inner sole was poorly designed and shaped. I returned them and found an extremely comfortable pair of Asics Gel-180TR, that nearly matched the style AND they cost LESS TOO! :)
Excellent shoes. Extremely comfy. The climacool vents on the underside of the shoe are nice, but probably means they're not gonna do well against water. These are an ideal shoe for dry ground and summer heat. Guaranteed to keep your feet dry and cool so long as you don't step in a puddle.

These shoes are perfect for summer. I ordered one in each color. It is true that the tongue can cause some issues if it isn't seated on your foot properly, but in my experience, this is easily fixed by readjusting the laces or the tongue itself. I have gotten many compliments, especially on the colorful ones.
I absolutely adore these shoes. I just wore out my first pair of them after a year and a half of hard, everyday wear. I can usually buy Adidas without trying them on (I usually wear a size 7.5, but 8 in Adidas) and found these to be a little larger than I expected, but they were comfortable from the first wear. I can hike in them, do yardwork in them, and wear them everyday and they go with most everything. I can even wear them without socks and they are super comfortable. These weren't available for a while and I am thrilled they are back. These are great shoes and as long as Zappos carries them, they will be my go-to shoes!
I purchased these for my husband. The shoes are true to size and look awesome, but my husband found them to be uncomfortable. He said the fabric rubbed the top of his foot and the sole did not offer enough support or substance...he felt that stepping on anything (such as a small rock) would be extremely uncomfortable. They look fantastic, but we returned them for something different.
Super comfy slip-on sneaker. Rather thin canvas. Seems cheap in construction. They get loose after a week or so. Way overpriced. Worth about half.

These are amazing! Wore them on a 10 day sailing trip in the Caribbean. Great on the boat and dry fast. Normally wear an 8 but needed a 7.5. Very comfortable and will wear them throughout the summer! Received compliments from strangers during island stops! Highly recommend!
These are really comfy shoes! I particularly like how rugged they appear to be. One thing I really wasn't expecting, though, was the ventilation mesh on the uppers. However, my feet are keeping dry so far. The fit is about perfect; I probably would have gone down a half size. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!
These shoes have gotten me lots of compliments. They are good casual shoes, that do require some break in time. They will protect your feet in the water, not from the water.
LOVE these shoes! I bought a size 11 because the last pair of Adidas I bought were 11 and they were just right. Prior to that, I had always worn a size 10. But they didn't require a break-in period and the first time I wore them was to walk around the zoo! I would highly recommend these shoes!
