I decided to keep these since my last pair (also a similar style Adidas BTW) needed to be retired after 6-7 years. After a month or so of wearing these they are loosening up some but the fit in the width is snugger than I'd like. I've never required a wider width shoe but if wider widths were available in this I would have returned this pair and made the switch.

When I first saw these I thought these were the most unique looking high tops I had ever seen, with the internal lacing, long toe box, and strap system. The biggest downfall for me was the design of the strap system. It was kind of kind of an all or nothing sort of thing. I liked the versatility of going strap or no strap, but I tend to rock my straps unfastened, and leaving these straps hanging to the side was not an option at all! They are way too long to leave unfastened, and way too short to fasten. Getting the strap on and off felt like trying to weave a basket, the way it was designed. I still think it's a great looking shoe, but I couldn't "ride wid 'em."

Like walking on clouds. These shoes are super sharp, and even more comfortable. I wear them with skinny jeans and they definitely get noticed. Can give an edge to any look you are going for. For the money, one hell of a shoe!

Awesome shoe! Very stylish and extremely comfortable! The white sole does get dirty, but it is easy to clean off. I took off the top strap and it made the shoe look 1000x better. I don't like to have the bow on shoes with the laces and this shoe is not the kind you with which you can tuck the laces behind the flap. Consequently, I tie the laces around the back and then slip it down the back. Very effective. If you get the shoe, I'd also recommend getting a shoe lace with color because many colors look good with this kind of gray and this little touch of gold.

I was tired of running to the mall for my son's sneaker's, to only be disgusted with the same old thing and never having his size in stock. Zappos selection is not only great, but I didn't have to waist gas!

The shoes themselves are excellent. They look fine and they are very comfortable. However, they are a little big in width, so they make you a little clumsy. The straps are fine and they look good, but they are a pain to put on and off. The laces also are not that great - they easily slip and untie, so I always have to do a double knot. The shoes are heavy and they do not make you jump higher than regular basketball shoes. My advice is that these shoes are only for style and they are a lot of maintenance.

I want to write how horrible these shoes are so no one has them and only me, but I would be lying. But really these shoes are amazing. Super comfortable and have major swag...plus Zappos is the company for your kicks. This is my saying for Zappos: Get your kicks at Zappos or get kicked.

I got this for my husband and it looks pretty fly. Goes great with slim-fit jeans. I found it was a little narrower than I thought but other than that, looks hot!

I got so sick of all white AF1's, so I decided to try a different all white sneaker. This is simply ravishing, I can't wait to buy some of the other colors. I think I found my new favorite brand. They are a little tight on account of how thin they are, but you could probably stretch that out.

These shoe are very comfortable, moreso than expected, but be careful they were a little narrower than I were expecting. So you may have to go up half size for better comfort, if you do have skinny feet.
