Adidas states that they do not make any width B narrow shoes. These Remodel Lo sneakers are very narrow and can pass as a B size when lacing them up tightly.

I'm very happy with this pair of Adidas. The fit is great and the style is versatile enough to dress the shoes up for work or dress them down for the weekend. They seem to be wearing well so far, and I get lots of compliments when I wear them. The only downside is that the arch support isn't that great, but I rarely find sneakers of this type with good arch support, and I'm likely more picky than most on this point.
