First of all I need to start by saying that Zappos has the best customer service I have ever seen! I ordered a different pair of shoes for my son and the wrong size was sent. With 20 minutes of calling they refunded my money and gave me a coupon to make up for the price difference (since they were out of the other shoe). The shoe itself is really cute. My only complaint is that it is stiff and seems to be made out of plastic. It squeaks when you bend it and looks kind of cheap. My son doesn't seem to notice or care, but if I had to do it all over again I would get a shoe made of different material.

This was among the best online experiences I have ever had. The whole thing took just a couple of minutes, no gas, no dealing with bad service, nothing; just a perfect experience. After being dissatisfied with a number of other school shoes for my son, these have been a pleasant surprise! They've held up surprisingly well, especially the front/toe area which normally peels apart based on my son's daily use.

Either my daughter's foot has changed, or the sizing of this shoe has changed. She loved them in size 3.5, but they are too narrow in 4.0, and 4.5 is too long. Bummer--she wore these every day.

These Adidas a classic, the color is amazing. There a comfortable fit. Nice to wear with straight leg jeans or cargo shorts. The service on Zappos.com was the best online service I had received in a very long time. The free shipping is perfect, which makes me want to shop on this website more often!

Like the look of these - only problem is that they are really stiff - it would take a while to break this leather in - and they squeak/squish when you walk. Don't know if my girl will wear them. They may have to find their way to my closet. Hopefully they will break in well and soften up.
