I have always wanted a pair of these for myself & when I saw them in kids sizes I jumped to buy a pair for my son. I love them & so does my son. Anytime we're headed outside he reaches for his Adidas Sambas. He gets so many compliments on them. The elastic shoelaces are a little difficult to maneuver with thicker socks.

Bought these for my four year old. They look great and true to size though a little narrow. My only issue with them is the elastics are hard to stretch out and the tongue gets bunched up when sliding them on.

These shoes are awesome looking. I remember when I used to wear them. I ordered them in my son's usual size, but I have to agree with other reviews, they are incredible narrow. So hard to get on. I put it on my kiddo barefoot out of the box and I can not even imagine trying to do it with a sock on. A shame I will return because I think they are so cute on little boys.

Terrific kid shoes. They last much longer than other running style shoes. I was tired of the toes blowing out on kids shoes in a matter of weeks. Yes, these are a bit more expensive but worth it. One con: The tongue needs a shoelace loop - adidas you can add that please?!

These shoes are very nice and stylish, however, they are extremely narrow and the elastic laces are too tight on the shoe which make it uncomfortable to wear. I had to cut the elastic laces off and replace them with real shoe laces to make them a bit more comfortable.

I love the colors and the sneakers they look just as good in person as they did online, I ordered my son three more pairs in different colors. The only problem is the elastic shoe strings it makes it very hard to put the shoe on. I myself cut the elastic strings off and replaced them with regular strings that you can tie and the shoes look just as good!

They're true to size. Excellent quality! I did snip the elastic laces and replace them with regular cotton ones, but other than that... perfect!

The most durable shoes for little boys. I love it that the soles are dark brown - they do not show dirt. The elastic laces are great that they do not require tying, and therefore, cannot come untied, but they are a bit of a challenge to get on at first. This is the third pair of toddler Sambas for my son. One of the previous pairs has been passed down to its third little boy now, and they still look almost new. Five stars. We love the classic style!

Awesome looking little shoe that draws tons of compliments for my 3 year old. He seems comfortable in them and easily runs and climbs things at the park in them just fine. True to size but narrow. I don't find them that difficult to put on with the elastic laces (my son can even get them on himself) but I do have issues with the tongue sliding down or to the side quite often so we do have to adjust them.

This shoe is a sweet little replica of adult Sambas. I like the elastic laces because I don't have to constantly re-tie my son's shoes. I do not like the elastic laces because they make putting the shoe on a bit more of a challenge. Velcro would be a big plus!

We liked these shoes for two reasons. They are little sambas and elastic laces meant not having to worry about keeping shoes tied. Well, the elastic laces were very tight! The first time my son wore them he started crying because they hurt his feet. We quickly remedied the problem by cutting out the elastic laces and replacing them with a set of standard laces. I was disappointed that the elastic laces did not work out and my son took some coaxing to wear them after the first attempt, but he does like them now (though not as much as his new cowboy boots).

I was disappointed that the leather was synthetic - not genuine leather as described. I will be ordering the Classic Sambas that I am hoping are made with genuine leather.

We bought these shoes for my son when he was just two, now he is about to turn three and they still look great. I will be replacing with a larger size as they are getting a bit tight. I love the elastic laces and can live with the adjusting of the tongue in exchange for having slip on and go shoes.

This is a sporty, cool shoe. My 3 year old likes it. I would say it is more on the narrow side and the suede toe gets dirty quickly. We use this shoe a lot and it has worn well. It is a good purchase.

These are great shoes! They have a great style and the black upper and darker brown sole hides dirt well. They seem true to size but the elastic laces do seem just a bit too tight. We removed them and replaced them with regular laces.
