I have worn Adidas Barricades for years with no issues. However, this model proved to be different. The top of the shoe comes up higher than previous models and by doing so rubs against my ankle every time I move left to right. This has resulted in a nasty blister on each ankle. These shoes have great stability even though they are a bit heavy, but I can't wear a tennis shoe that gives blisters. I recommend trying them on and playing a couple times to see if they will work well for you.

Outstanding tennis shoes. Perfect for playing tennis on hard surfaces. Feet felt great afterwards.

These are awesome but they wear out pretty fast. Get the Barracades not Baracuda and I will give it five stars.
