I am actually a guy writing about these Booties. Guys, these really are super comfortable and awesome. They are kind of expensive and do not keep their brand new awesomeness very long, but they do keep their warmth and comfort for at least two years with casual use (including walking down the driveway to the mailbox, and dragging the dog out the back patio every early morning and late night for two years,) so, I would say that is awesome. Because these booties are sheepskin, so they do stretch and fade/degrade. But they are sheepskin, so they are awesomely comfortable and look nice to boot. They will not last forever (the plastic/rubber soles might) but they are worth having and buying again. Life is short, be comfortable.

On both of my husband's slippers where the bootie connects to the sole, the rubber cracked and split open (in different places). The fluffy part is completely gone from under the ball of the foot after maybe 6 months of wear. Unfortunately, I didn't know about the warranty until too late. Acorn does have a 1 year warranty. Other nice booties I have purchased in past years wore significantly better. From my experience I can't recommend but perhaps I just got a bad pair?

I purchased these as a gift for my husband, as well as another slipper from Zappos, knowing I could return his least favorite with hassle. He decided to keep them both, as he has circulation problems and found having an extra pair to trade off with would be wise. He has not complained of cold feet since.

My husband is very pleased with this early Christmas gift. They have excellent sole cushioning which makes them comfy. Quality is very good. A bit snug, but likely to stretch a bit.
I'd also recommend: Old Friend, Fitzwell

These slippers are terrific. They're very warm, cozy and gushy. Zappos did not deliver them in one day as promised but followed up with an apology and a credit towards my next purchase.

I ordered every bootie on Zappos and compared them along with the best LL Bean and LandsEnd booties...and the Acorn Sheepskin Bootie II won hands down best!
