I bought these slippers for my 5 year old daughter to wear at school. She has to wear boots to and from school and would either have to change into "regular" shoes or slippers during the day. A few days a week they trek outside (about 25 yards one way) to go to an unattached classroom. I was worried about slippers and how they would hold up -- and turns out they've been wonderful! She loves the comfort and warmth and I like the durability. She wore through another brand in a matter of a few weeks, but these have held up for over 2 months with little sign of wear and tear. We'll definitely be buying another pair next year. I do wish they had more styles available for boys as my 7 year old son would love his own pair too! My only "concern" is that they do seem to stretch a fair amount. They still fit okay, but they do seem to be looser now (8 weeks out) than I thought they would be.

So comfortable, I almost kept them for myself. They are just a touch too small though. They are for my daughter. Great colors, super warm and cushy! And can't beat Zappos customer service. It's a win win win.

These are super cute, but definitely order up a size or two! We bought an 11-12 for my daughter's size 10 foot to be on the generous size and it was too snug for her liking. The next size even bigger would have been better just to get a good fit. granted, I think boiled wool is supposed to stretch quite a bit, but I could not convince my 4½ year old of this.
