These booties are awesome! Incredibly comfortable and warm! I can run outside in them, and I'm tempted to wear them to the grocery store. I had wondered if the fur would shed like a cat, but nope. I can't see that a single fiber has come loose. There are 2 things to consider though... 1) I usually wear size 6.5. I got the 6.5-7.5 size. They are quite snug. I really don't know how anybody with a bigger foot could get them on. 2) These are so warm, that if you happen to be going through menopause, they will trigger hot flashes!

Warmest slippers ever for my icicle feet. I lived in these last winter, home, car, errands, etc. Love that they are washable, but don't recommend dryer unless very low setting, air dry is best. Room for improvement. They have a water resistant top layer for rainy chores outside.

These are perfect slippers for Minnesota winters. I wear them all day around the house and occasionally wear them outside to retrieve the newspaper, etc. They are very warm for our Minnesota winters and provide good arch support.

These are great slippers...very warm and nice looking. However, I wish the manufacturers would size slippers the same as shoes. I wear a size 8, and in slippers, I always have to choose between too small, or too big. I like to wear socks with slippers, so the size 8-9 works okay for me in the winter (as long as the socks are thick) but in the summer, though I often still need to wear slippers, they are way too loose and floppy. But the next size down is too small, winter and summer. So if anyone from Acorn is reading this...have a heart! (And it's hard to answer the size questions in this rating form, for the above reasons. Just saying.)

I think this is my wife's favorite Christmas gift! They are comfortable, warm, and lightweight. The slippers also provide critical support needed for sure-footed walking throughout the home. I verified all the responses shown in this review with her.

Very well made slipper, comfortable, but felt much larger than marked. I take an 8 but the size medium (6.5-7.5) was perfect.

Cozy, warm, and very comfortable with support. Love these slippers because they keep my feet and toes deliciously toasty. I specifically bought them for when I visit my children up north and they fit the bill to a T!

I purchased these slippers specifically for when I visit my children up north and they were precisely what I needed to keep my normally frozen feet and toes toasty warm. I always buy a wide width shoe and these, in a medium width, had ample room even with socks. This is my second pair of Acorn slippers and I'm extremely satisfied.

I specifically purchased these slippers for use when I travel north to be with my grandchildren. They kept these normally frozen feet toasty warm even without socks on. I normally wear a wide width shoe but there was ample room in these very comfortable slippers.

I bought these slippers for the express purpose of keeping my normally frozen feet warm when we visit our children in NJ. They filled the bill perfectly! My feet and toes remained toasty even without socks when the temps dropped to the single digits. Even though I purchase a wide width shoe these slippers had ample room for a medium, were very comfortable and gave my foot good support. I highly recommend Acorn. This is the second of its type that I bought.

I finally found a slipper I can use. Toasty warm for my cold feet. I could have used a narrow but they're hard to find and I'm delighted to have these. I haven't tried to machine wash them yet but they're so well made I'm trusting the manufacturer's claim on that.

These slippers were just what I wanted. They are warm, cover the whole foot and ankle, too. They are very soft inside and feel great on. The have a wonderful vanilla smell to them. The only criticism I have is that I wish the size was more specific, not a range. I wanted a 7.5. The 6-7.5 was too tight so I went up to the 8-9 which is slightly loose.

I got these because I needed something warm with good arch support to wear inside during the winter. I can't say there's really any arch support there at all, but I plan on trying them with some orthotic inserts. I normally wear 7.5 so I got these in size 8-9 so I'd have room to wear thick socks and that should help give me room for the orthotics as well. As other reviewers have stated, they have a pleasant vanilla scent. The materials are very soft and the whole inside of the shoe is lined with the faux chinchilla fur. I'm looking forward to winter so I can start wearing these. I would've given these shoes five stars if they had arch support like they were supposed to.

Love these slippers. Like walking on a cloud. Super comfortable. Relief for plantar fasciitis foot pain. This bootie is also very warm, and the faux fur is super soft and cozy.
