What Our Customers Are Saying

  • Brooks by Ghost 7 Posted: Jan 31, 2015 Reviewer: Carin from Shawnee, OK Overall: 5 Stars Comfort: 5 Stars Look: 5 Stars
Very comfortable and supportive and fits my orthotics, all requirements for me as I deal with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. It also has plenty of room in the toe box so my toes aren't cramped without being too wide across the ball of my foot.

I can't believe I paid this much for these shoes. In less than three months the shoe already has a tear. And I only wear these in the office! So disappointed with the quality.
  • Hunter Kids by Original (Little Kid/Big Kid) Posted: Jan 31, 2015 Reviewer: Overall: 2 Stars Comfort: 3 Stars Look: 4 Stars
When I first got these boots I was happy to pay the price for the good quality I thought I was getting. As an adult with small feet, I bought a child size. They fit well, were comfortable and looked well enough to wear to work. I was really enjoying these boots until they ripped! After just a year of moderate wear there is a nice tear in the rubber that lets rain and snow right in and renders these boots absolutely useless. For one year's wear I can buy a pair of boots for half the price. Would not recommend splurging on these if you need something that lasts.
  • Acorn by Slipper Sock Posted: Jan 31, 2015 Reviewer: Ben Myers Overall: 1 Stars Comfort: 1 Stars Look: 4 Stars
This has become a mediocre product over the years. It slips and slides on the foot, and makes me feel like a circus clown when I walk. The slipping and sliding creates a weakness in the leather and yarn, and one sock has ripped after only a few months. A few years ago, this was an excellent product.
  • ASICS by GEL-Kayano® 21 Lite-Show™ Posted: Jan 31, 2015 Reviewer: Jessica from Mississippi Overall: 5 Stars Comfort: 5 Stars Look: 5 Stars
This will be my second pair of this shoe! I am a regular distance runner and was a die-hard Brooks Adrenaline fan. I was having some Plantar Fasciitis trouble and decided to try a different shoe. Glad I tried these! My PF is almost gone - not sure if I can give all the credit to the shoes, but they certainly didn't make it worse! The comfort of these is very comparable to Brooks and the bright colors are fun. I do most of my running in the dark, so the extra reflectivity is nice. Unlike another reviewer, I have had no trouble with the reflective strips becoming detached or damaged. Great shoe!
  • Messico by Barroco Posted: Jan 31, 2015 Reviewer: Andrew from Madison Wi Overall: 5 Stars Comfort: 5 Stars Look: 5 Stars
This is the first time I've ever felt inspired to write a review for anything anywhere. I absolutely love these shoes! Easily the most comfortable dress shoe I've ever worn straight out of the box. Quality fit and finish. Feels great, looks great, what else can you ask for? Will not be the last pair of of Messico shoes I buy. And as always Zappos service is the best there is!
  • The North Face by Ballard Roll-Down Posted: Jan 31, 2015 Reviewer: Deladeb Overall: 5 Stars Comfort: 5 Stars Look: 5 Stars
Was looking for an all-purpose winter shoe for running errands on weekends, etc., not a hard core hiking boot. I wanted one with a more substantial sole than this one, but thought I'd give it a try. I've worn these 2 days in a row on the coldest days of late January and wow, they are super comfortable. Which is surprising, since I need a lot of support plus cushion. This shoe doesn't seem to have much support, it's very flat, but the sole is so cushy, it's really comfortable. I wore them with wool socks and I had no issues, and I am very picky about shoes. Kept my feet warm all day...didn't want to take them off in fact. I sized up a half size which I always do with boots, and the fit was perfect. When I took them out of the box I thought they would be too small, and they make my feet look small for some reason, but the fit is perfect. Plenty of toe room. Another excellent buy from Zappos!

I bought these a year ago and they were terrific to start, comfortable and lightweight, great for city walking. After about 4 months they became hazardous. The elastic upper relaxes and suddenly your foot is sliding around inside the shoe and you're turning your ankle all the time. Definitely one-season shoes.
  • Naot Footwear by Kedma Posted: Jan 31, 2015 Reviewer: Veronica from San Diego Overall: 4 Stars Comfort: 5 Stars Look: 1 Stars
Comfortable shoes but I was disappointed by the Shiraz leather color. It was brighter than expected - I was hoping for a dark burgundy not the (clown) red I received. I'm being dramatic but the Shiraz shoes seem clownish because of the shade of red and rounded toe.

Normally wear size 38 (7-7 1/2) but it was too narrow. Tried size 39 and it seems a tiny bit tight, but will keep them thinking that it will stretch out a bit. Cute and stylish.
