Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos! I like these boots, but they are heavy, both in weight and in design. They are a solid boot made for winter weather, and living in Las Vegas I just don\'t need something that sturdy. But they seemed well made, comfortable, wide enough for my thick calves plus jeans, and with a good thick sole for support and traction. If I lived somewhere with winter weather, I would have kept them.
Zappos is simply the best! They have a great selection in all brands and hard to find sizes that I wear. I could not believe how fast my new shoes arrived and with out any charges. The Brooks Addiction 8 feel awesome and my feet no longer tired at the end of the day. They have great style and comfort. I look forward to coming back and shopping again. Thanks Zappos.

These are really nicely made, good quality leather boots. The leather is supple and really comfortable right from the start. The heel is low, but not flat, which makes them a little more supportive. But Lassenboots are really narrow in the toe. Other reviewers have written this already. But I tried a 9.5 wide, 10 wide, AND 11 to see if I could get a good fit. While these don\'t look all that pointy in the toe, the style just has enough of a pointed toe to make them too narrow. If you don\'t like the buckle, try Lassen\'s "Suri" boot instead.

These are very cute slippers. I own a pair of uggslippers that started as a size 10 and stretched into a sloppy, poor fit. To avoid the same problem I ordered these in a size 9 but they are too tight. Now I am gonna try the 10 and hope I\'m not the dreaded in-between.

Great quality leather boot! I love the style and comfort of it. It is so hard to find a true leather boot nowdays. I have worn them all day without any soreness, and know they will be a favorite. I am really picky about my boots and these are everything I wanted!
This is an exellent shoe in every respect, I needed to exchange it for a half size smaller. Zappos\' return procedure was easy and friendly. I do wish this shoe was available in white. I must use an orthodic insert which worked well in this shoe.
My son is learning to walk and I didn\'t want to put anything heavy & bulky on his feet. I needed something for when we go out in the cold weather. The Puma Light Flights are great because they are very flexible like crib shoes, but have a good rubber sole. My son is also visually impaired so the lightness of these shoes helps him move through space easier. They do run a little small, but fortunately I guessed a size too big! The arch support is medium, but perfect for a babies feet, as they are still forming their own natural arch.
Love this boot! It looks great, feels great too. It zips all the way down to the sole, so no more struggling to get my foot through the ankle. Very comfortable and room for orthodics. I usually wear a 9.5 in shoes, but these boots run a little big in the foot so I\'ll have to order the 9. I have 16" diameter calves, so the 17.5" calves were a little big but totally tolerable. I would measure your calves first, since the other reviewers thought the calves were tight. Well worth the expense! Looks great with casual skirts and jeans.

This shoe has a good amount of cushioning on the sole and has been a very comfortable walking shoe for me. I have a bunion and walking normally causes me pain on the ball of my foot. I did not experience an uncomfortable amount of pain when walking in this shoe, even after several miles.\r\n\r\nThe one drawback is that the heel is not nearly narrow enough for a AA width shoe. I had to buy heel inserts so my heel wouldn\'t constantly ride up and down.
