"I have to let you know about my attempt to exchange a pair of boots today. Like anyone who has to return something, especially online, I was apprehensive. I had ideas on how I hoped the process would work but knew common sense would most likely take a back seat. To my amazement everything I wanted to occur, and more, did. I have never been more impressed with a company than I was today. The two customer service people I spoke too were beyond great. Please don't ever change the way you do business.
