This is a nice alternative to the skinny jean. Much slimmer through the thigh than the bootcut but not skin tight through the calf. They slip into boots easily and the fabric is typical 7FAM comfort and stretch. It is easy to dress these up or down and a great way to show off your hot shoes which tend to get hidden under bootcuts. Nice to see a 33 inseam for a change also. Order your usual 7FAM size if you want a very snug fit, otherwise I would go up one to allow for shrinkage.

Perfect almost skinny jeans! I really don't like the tiny ankles that the real skinny jeans have, so these are great. I actually returned the first pair for a size smaller than my usual, but I think it's just because the black material seems slightly stretchier than the regular denim (plus, I wanted them to look like skinny jeans). For size reference, I'm 5'5, 126 lbs, and I went with a size 25.

Runs slightly large like most 7s, due to the stretch in the fabric, I think. These are very slimming and snug around the tush and thigh.

These jeans are fantastic. The longer inseam (33") is a must for me (5'11"), and the color seems to be staying dark through washings. They have a bit of stretch, but not so much that they suck to your body. Like all 7FAM jeans, they stretch out a bit over time/between washings. Definitely will buy in another color.

These jeans fit my pear shape perfectly I usually wear an 8 but bought a 30. Nice fit but wish they were a bit narrower in the lower leg. I had hoped to tuck them into boots, but they are too baggy at knee.

These are great jeans and a very nice alternative to the super-skinny style that black jeans normally come in. These do run a full size large in my opinion. I had to return my first pair and buy the next size down, and the fit was still not super-tight in the legs. I agree with previous reviews that they have just the right amount of stretch.

Love the deep, consistent color. The fabric is super comfy but with more stretch than other 7's I own. With so much stretch, I definitely could have gone down 1 size. I'm 5'2", 105 lbs, I got a 26, but think the 25 would be better in this style.

These are perfect. I am 5'8 and swore I would not ever be able to pull off straight leg jeans because of my curves. I, riskily, purchased these and have not regretted it once. They are long, and a perfect fit. Very stretchy...more than your average pair of 7FAMs. I never put them in the dryer to savor the black. Just lay them out to dry. I'm in love!

Perfect fit. Even the way it neatly lays atop my hips, so it doesn't give me holy-mackerel-your-hips-are-gigantic-syndrome that too many jeans these days create (and my hips aren't big). And the black doesn't fade to, gray after washing! I gave it 4 for comfort because I'm still not a fan on stretch in my jeans.
