Very pleased by the jeans as well as Zappos's blazing-fast delivery. Just what I wanted. My daughter had urged me to buy the straight leg, but the boot cut is more flattering. The waist, as others have noted, is not really high- I'm 5'8" and it sits several inches below my belly button. So while they are high enough to stay put as you sit and stand, they're definitely not "mom jeans." Expect to hem them unless you are 5"10 or over, and order on the small side.

Do not like the crease down the seam. Ew! These 34's seemed shorter than the 33" inseam jeans I purchased, as well. I usually fit loose in size 30 in 7 For All Mankind jeans but these fit tight in odd places. Odd fit to go with that hideous seam. The color was nice, though.

Love them. I debated for a long time before purchasing as I was trying to decide between the mid-rise (carried in some dept. stores) and the high rise. I ended up getting both. And I really do think the high rise is any higher than the mid rise. If I ordered another pair I would get the high rise again. Also, weight of these jeans was a bit heavier which I like (I think it helps hide the flaws). The sizing is the same as any other boot cut jean from Seven, so if you are concerned about fit, just try on a few pairs at a store near you before ordering these.

Nice jean made of light weight material so its comfortable to wear. They do strech more than the normal so I recommend buying a smaller size if you like the fitted look. I am usually a 28 in 7 For All Mankind and I should've bought a 27 as my 28 did strech and I like them fitted. So I use them to travel or when I want to be comfortable as they are a little too loose for my taste to go out.
